3. NATURE OF CONTENT AND AI-GENERATED CONTENT
3.1 General Content Disclaimer
All Content published on the Platform — whether authored by human journalists, editors, or AI systems — is provided for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial advice, investment advice, tax advice, legal advice, accounting advice, or any other form of professional advice regulated by applicable law.
| IMPORTANT: The Fiscal Daily is an informational publication. No Content should be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial, investment, or economic decision. Always consult a qualified professional before taking any action based on Content you read here. |
3.2 AI-Generated Content — Disclosure
The Fiscal Daily utilises artificial intelligence and machine-learning technologies to assist in the creation, summarisation, translation, editing, and curation of certain Content. AI-Generated Content may include, but is not limited to: automated market summaries, data-driven analysis, earnings roundups, macroeconomic briefings, and translated versions of original articles.
3.3 AI Content Labelling
We are committed to transparency. Content that is substantially or wholly AI-generated will be labelled with an “AI-Assisted” or “AI-Generated” tag or badge where practicable. However, content that undergoes significant human editorial review and revision prior to publication may not carry such a label even if AI tools were used at an early drafting stage.
3.4 Limitations of AI-Generated Content
AI-Generated Content may contain errors, inaccuracies, hallucinations, outdated data, or unverified claims. The Fiscal Daily makes reasonable editorial efforts to review AI-Generated Content; however, we cannot guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or currency. Users are encouraged to verify all material information before relying upon it.
3.5 No Liability for AI Errors
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, The Fiscal Daily shall not be liable for any loss or damage — direct, indirect, consequential, or otherwise — arising from reliance on AI-Generated Content. The use of AI tools does not create any advisory relationship between The Fiscal Daily and any User.
3.6 Third-Party AI Models
We may use AI models or APIs provided by third-party vendors (including but not limited to large language model providers). We do not represent or warrant the capabilities, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of such third-party AI systems. Third-party terms and privacy policies may also apply to data processed by such systems.
3.7 Feedback and Corrections
Users who identify factual errors, misleading statements, or concerns in AI-Generated Content are encouraged to report them via our editorial corrections portal at editors@thefiscaldaily.com. We will investigate all credible reports and issue corrections or clarifications where warranted.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
11.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages

You acknowledge that the limitations of liability in this Section reflect a fair allocation of risk, form an essential basis of the bargain between you and The Fiscal Daily, and would apply even if any remedy fails of its essential purpose.
11.5 Jurisdictional Variations
Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities. In such jurisdictions, the exclusions and limitations above apply to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

13. EDITORIAL STANDARDS, CORRECTIONS, AND OPINION
13.1 Editorial Independence
The Fiscal Daily maintains editorial independence from its commercial, advertising, and technology partners. Our editorial decisions — including the commissioning, editing, publication, and removal of Content — are made solely by our editorial team based on journalistic criteria.
13.2 Opinion and Commentary
Content labelled as “Opinion,” “Analysis,” “Commentary,” or “Editorial” represents the views of the individual author or editor and does not constitute the institutional position of The Fiscal Daily. Such Content is intended to stimulate debate and should not be taken as statements of fact.
13.3 Corrections Policy
We are committed to accuracy. Where we become aware of a material factual error in any Content — human-authored or AI-generated — we will promptly publish a correction or clarification. We do not silently alter published articles; substantive changes are noted with an update timestamp and correction notice.
13.4 AI Content Review
All AI-Generated Content that relates to named individuals, companies, securities, or specific market events is subject to human editorial review before publication. We do not guarantee, however, that all errors will be caught before publication.
14. ADVERTISING, SPONSORED CONTENT, AND CONFLICTS OF INTEREST

Sponsored or branded content produced in partnership with commercial entities is clearly labelled as “Sponsored,” “Partner Content,” or similar. The Fiscal Daily maintains editorial oversight over sponsored content to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable advertising regulations.

15. PLATFORM AVAILABILITY AND MODIFICATIONS
The Fiscal Daily does not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times. We may suspend, restrict, or discontinue any part of the Platform — including specific features, AI-powered tools, or paywalled content — at any time without notice, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or commercial reasons.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Platform (or any part thereof) at our sole discretion. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

Except for disputes related to the enforcement of intellectual property rights or claims that may be brought in small claims court, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform that is not resolved informally shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (“AAA”) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, USA, and shall be conducted in English. 16.5 EU and UK Users
Nothing in this Section removes any rights you have as a consumer under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the European Union or the United Kingdom. Where such laws apply and cannot be contracted out of, they shall prevail to the extent of any inconsistency with these Terms.
17. ACCESSIBILITY
The Fiscal Daily is committed to making its Platform accessible to users with disabilities. We endeavour to comply with applicable accessibility standards, including the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA, where technically feasible. 18. SEVERABILITY, WAIVER, AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT
18.1 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
18.2 Waiver
No failure or delay by The Fiscal Daily in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. A waiver is only effective if given in writing and shall not apply to any subsequent breach.
